Meet Carol Herrick and Pat Newcomb,
|

Carol has over 30 years experience working with large and small companies in a variety of industries to develop and execute business, marketing and product plans. During her tenure at a subsidiary of General Electric, she managed a $70 million portfolio of products, growing at 30% per year. While working at LEXIS-NEXIS, Carol worked in Market Research, Corporate Planning and Information Systems. As a consultant, Carol assisted small and mid-sized manufacturing companies identify new markets, develop and execute growth plans and improve operating processes. Carol is an Adjunct Professor with the Graduate Management Program at Antioch University McGregor in Yellow Springs, OH. She teaches Managerial Economics to managers and senior level individual contributors pursuing their Masters of Management degree. Carol has a M.S. in Industrial Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and BA in Economics from Northwestern University. She is a past president of the Dayton Area American Marketing Association and a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality. Pat is a person with a deep appreciation for life who has spent over three decades helping others turn their potential into performance. Pat uses her strong personal instincts, 10 years of classroom teaching and 20 years as a professional advisor in commercial banking and the development of entrepreneurial businesses, to challenge individuals and organizations to align their attitude, skills and goals to achieve extraordinary outcomes. Pat particularly enjoys helping small to mid-size companies have access to the expertise that most Fortune 500 companies rely on. She is as comfortable engaging executives and teams as she is individuals. Pat's energy, dedication and positive leadership has had a significant influence in the lives of people both in the workplace and in the community. Pat earned a MBA from Georgetown University, Washington, DC, a MA in Education from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH and a BA in Mathematics from Rockford College in Rockford, Illinois. Pat's community involvement encompasses active membership in the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, membership on the Business Advisory Board at The Entrepreneurs Center, an Edison technology incubator, and as a Trustee of Cityfolk and member of the Cityfolk Festival Steering Committee.
